These Parmesan and Herb Pork Cutlets are incredibly quick and easy to prepare! They are really tender and have a nice crispy breadcrumb coating.
Parmesan and Herb Pork Cutlets
8-10 Pork cutlets
1 large egg
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 cup Italian or plain bread crumbs (I use GF breadcrumbs)
¼-1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Oil for frying
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Beat egg, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in one dish. In another dish, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan. Coat each pork cutlet with egg mixture then bread crumb mixture.
Fry pork cutlets in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on each side.
