  1. Hi Jen,
I am a Jennifer as well, and just happened across some of your youtube videos when searching for some inspiration about organizing and cleaning. While I am not naturally wired like you, my husband says I am way more organized than I give myself credit for. But I get so sick trying to keep up with it all, and seeing how someone else does it always renews my energy and vision. I actually watched one of your videos on my laptop while I was cleaning out my fridge! I find your advice particularly helpful because you don’t live in a big house. I don’t either, and have four children, ages 18, 16, 14, and 12, teach part-time, and have my children home part-time. (My husband and I run a hybrid type of school–basically Classical Christian School one day a week, plus an elective day, for homeschoolers in Wheaton IL) The fact that you have gone gluten free and always have to accomodate that is also helpful to me because my 16-year-old daughter has just had to go gluten free in January. I like how you show your menus for the week in video form. I am visual and relational, so video form works much better for me than trying to navigate the same info in written form. I am also somewhat technically-challenged (don’t have a smart phone, don’t do facebook, still don’t know how to get my digital photos off my camera and on to my computer, etc…pitiful I know) and cannot find your recipe links. I have looked for your blog, and have seen your latest video postings, etc., but just cannot find the links. I love your Crockpot Sunday recipes as well and am hoping to incorporate some of them into our meal plans. I would so appreciate it if you would help me out!
    Many thanks,
    Jennifer

    • Hi Jennifer,
Thank you for your kind comment. I primarily do YouTube videos, but I post them here because I have some followers who like to watch from here. The recipes are below the video if you click on the YouTube icon on the video, it will take you there. You can simply look up my channel “How Jen Does It” on YouTube and you will find everything. There is a search on my YouTube channel, too. I’m not sure how familiar you are with YouTube, but it is pretty easy to navigate. Hope that helps.
