Jen’s Easy Oven Toasted Ravioli

My boys really enjoy my Oven Toasted Ravioli. They are easy to make and great for kids who like to dip things. I’ve also seen them served as appetizers in Italian restaurants. Pleas watch the video below to see how I make them.


Toasted Ravioli

2-10 ounce packages refrigerated cheese ravioli (you can use frozen ravioli if you thaw it first)
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
Olive oil spray

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In one bowl, whisk egg and milk together. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, oregano, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Dip each ravioli in egg mixture then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet. Spray ravioli really well with olive oil spray.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
